Iris NunnCorporate Trainer, Instructional DesignerIris has 8 years of corporate training and instructional design experience and over 8 years of teaching experience. As a Corporate Trainer and Instructional Designer, Iris developed instructor-led, web-based, and computer-based training courses that helped retain millions of dollars worth of national grants, reduced turnover and improved productivity and results. As a Consultant she has been involved in creating blended learning, e-Learning and instructor-led training for various clients, helping teachers transition to careers as trainers, working with executives and professionals on presentations skills and PowerPoints, and conducting train the trainer classes on various topics based on clients' needs. Her training and instructional design expertise and interests are training evaluation, adult learning theory and train the trainer. Iris is certified by the Kirkpatrick Partners in the Kirkpatrick 4-Level Evaluation Process. Nunn Training and Development is also a Women's Business Enterpise National Council Certified Business Enterprise. She is also a member of the American Society of Training and Develoment. Iris is currently working on her MS Degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State. She lives in Spring, Texas with her husband, Paul, also a Training and Development Professional, and their two amazing children Emily and Paul Jr. Paul NunnCorporate Trainer, Instructional DesignerPaul has over 10 years of teaching experience and 13 years of corporate training experience. In 2003, he started a training department from scratch for First Educators Credit Union, now Smart Financial Credit Union. In 2005, his efforts were recognized by CUNA and Affiliates, by being awarded the 2005 Training Professional of the Year. Paul combines his education and training expertise to provide learners with an exciting, dynamic, and truly informative learning environment. He continues to receive accolades on his entertaining and effective instructor-led training and for his instructional design leadership on e-learning initiatives. |
